How to brew coffee in a drip? Step by step:

1. Thoroughly rinse the filter with high-temperature water – a simple trick that eliminates any possible paper taste and allows the coffee beans to extract their full flavour.
2. Place the filter in the dripper and set it steadily on the server or mug of your choice – this is the base for the perfect brew.
3. Pour in freshly ground, coarse-grained coffee suitable for the pour-over method.
4. Pour 90-95°C water over the coffee, slowly, to bring out all the aromatic notes.
5. Wait 3-4 minutes for the coffee to flow through the filter and you will get your perfect dose of caffeinated elixir.
